§ 16-1601. Types of high schools; regulations
Currentness
High schools shall be designated either as junior high schools or senior high schools by the Department of Public Instruction1 when they conform to regulations promulgated by the Department of Public Instruction in accordance with standards approved by the State Board of Education.
