§ 16-1603. Admission of pupils
In all school districts there shall be admitted to the public high schools therein all children, under the age of twenty-one years, residing within the school districts, who shall be found qualified for admission thereto, after having undergone such an examination as shall be prescribed by the board of school directors, subject to such rules and regulations as the Superintendent of Public Instruction1 shall prescribe, together with such additional pupils from other districts as are herein provided for.
