§ 11-1127-A. Exception
Currentness
Any school district of the first class with an appointed school board and the public employes of that school district as defined in the act of July 23, 1970 (P.L. 563, No. 195), known as the “Public Employe Relations Act,”1 shall comply with and be subject to the binding arbitration provisions of the “Public Employe Relations Act” and shall not be subject to the provisions of section 1123-A, 1124-A or 1125-A.52
