§ 2813. Payment into State Treasury; disbursements
Currentness
Such grants, appropriations or allocations from the Federal Government as may be received by the Superintendent of Public Instruction1 or the State educational authority for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania under the provisions of this act2 shall be paid in to the State Treasury. Disbursement of such funds from the State Treasury shall be by warrant of the Auditor General.
