§ 611.17. Waiver guidance (Adm. Code § 2337)
The Department of Human Services shall request guidance from the United States Department of Agriculture on the Commonwealth's ability to pursue a waiver from the requirement to have a declared disaster emergency in order for the continuation of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Emergency Allotment benefits.
