§ 2804. Rules and regulations
Currentness
The Superintendent of Public Instruction1 is hereby granted power and authority to promulgate and to issue such rules and regulations as he shall deem necessary in order to administer effectively the funds received under said act of Congress, the provisions of said act of Congress, and the provisions of this act.2
