24 P.S. § 2-215
§ 2-215. Conveyances by districts
Any deed for school property, properly executed and delivered in the name of any school district as established by this act,1 shall convey to the grantee the entire interest of the grantor in such property, irrespective of the manner or name in which said property was conveyed to or acquired by, or is held by, the school district conveying the same.
