§ 2906. School standards; course; consultants
The standards for establishing the school, the length of the course, the content of the curriculum and other details shall be established by the Secretary of Revenue, the county superintendent of schools, or the superintendent of schools in cities of the first class, and the county commissioners or city council. These persons may designate other persons who are to be consulted in the establishment and operation of the school.
