§ 25-2502.21. Education subsidy base
Currentness
For the 1992-1993 school year, the Commonwealth shall pay to each school district an education subsidy base which shall consist of the same amount that the district was entitled to receive for the 1990-1991 school year pursuant to sections 2502(d) and (e)1 and 2502.11,2 both as adjusted pursuant to section 2502.5(b),3 if applicable, and sections 2502.13, 2502.17 and 2502.18.4 For the 1993-1994 school year, the Commonwealth shall pay to each school district an education subsidy base which shall consist of the same amount that the district was entitled to receive for the prior school year pursuant to section 2502.20.5
