§ 2579. Pennsylvania State College to receive appropriations under Act of Congress 1890
The assent of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby given to said act of Congress, approved August 30, 1890,1 with all its provisions and conditions, and the Pennsylvania state college is hereby designated as the proper institution, under the provisions of the said act of February 19, 1867,2 to receive all appropriations made or to be made by Congress, for the purpose of carrying into effect said act or any supplement or supplements thereto.
