§ 2536. Reorganization of board of trustees; additional members; election
In addition to the present elective members of the Board of Trustees The Pennsylvania State College, the said Board shall consist of the following members, to wit: Three members to be elected each year, for a term of three years each, by the alumni of said college; two members to be appointed each year, for a term of three years each, by the Governor of the Commonwealth, and confirmed by the Senate; and the following members to serve ex-officio during their respective terms of office: The Governor of the Commonwealth, the President of the College, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction,1 the Secretary of Agriculture, and the Secretary of Mines.
