§ 16-1602. New high schools; additional years
In order to establish a new high school or to add a year of work to the program of a high school or junior high school already in operation in a school district of the fourth class, the approval of the Department of Public Instruction1 shall be secured in advance of the opening of such school or of making such change in program.
