§ 11-1132. Appeals to court
Currentness
The ruling or decision of the Secretary of Education shall be final, unless, an appeal is taken in accordance with the provisions of the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L. 1388, No. 442), known as the “Administrative Agency Law.”1
