§ 22-2204. Retirement annuities
Currentness
Every teacher, principal, or supervising official who retires in accordance with the regulations prescribed shall be entitled to such annuity as said regulations provide.
Every employe of any school district of the first class who retires in accordance with the regulations required shall be entitled to such annuity as the regulations provide.
