§ 25-2524. Penalty for falsifying reimbursement reports
Any officer of any school district or intermediate unit with respect to area technical schools who knowingly falsifies any report or certificate required to be made for the purpose of obtaining any reimbursement under the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than three hundred dollars ($300), nor more than one thousand dollars ($1000), or undergo imprisonment for a term of not less than one (1) month, nor more than six (6) months, or both, in the discretion of the court.
