§ 22-2203. Representation of employes
Where the teachers, principals, or supervising officials of any district contribute to any retirement fund, they shall be represented in making the regulations governing it, and in its control and management.
When employes of any school in districts of the first class contribute to a retirement fund, they shall be represented in making the regulations governing it, and in its control and management.
