The assent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the purpose of the grants of money authorized by the act of Congress of the United States, approved the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five,¹ entitled “An act to authorize the more complete endowment of agricultural experiment stations, and for other purposes,” is hereby given; and the treasurer of Pennsylvania State College, or other officer duly appointed by the board governing the Pennsylvania State College agricultural experiment station, is hereby designated as the proper officer to receive all appropriations made for the benefit of the agricultural experiment station of this Commonwealth by the provisions of said act of Congress, which moneys when so received shall be used only in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in the said act of Congress.
