§ 21-2112. Janitors
Currentness
The board of public education shall employ janitors for the school buildings of the district and shall fix their salaries. The superintendent of buildings shall have the right to recommend the appointment of suitable janitors for all school buildings in the district and the removal of such janitors for proper cause. All janitors shall discharge their duties under the direction and to the satisfaction of the superintendent of buildings. No janitor now employed shall be displaced by the provisions of this act1 except for cause.
