§ 9-908-A. Special pupil services
All powers and duties of county boards of school directors with respect to special pupil services are hereby transferred to intermediate unit boards of directors, effective July 1, 1971, and all Commonwealth payments theretofore paid to county boards of school directors on account of special pupil services shall thereafter be paid to intermediate unit boards of directors.
