§ 8955. Interpretation
Currentness
<Section 4 of Act 2019, July 2, P.L. 375, No. 58, imd. effective, provides that the addition of 42 Pa.C.S.A § 8955 by that Act shall apply retroactively to law enforcement conduct on or after June 15, 1982.>
The powers, authorities, duties, obligations and jurisdiction under this subchapter shall not be subject to the requirements of 53 Pa.C.S. Ch. 23 Subch. A1 (relating to intergovernmental cooperation).
