§ 5005. Administration
The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, created by the act of October 27, 1955 (P.L. 744), as amended by the act of February 28, 1961 (P.L. 47), known as the “Pennsylvania Human Relations Act”,1 is hereby vested with authority to administer this act.
