§ 2903. Superintendent of schools directing; instructors; cost
Currentness
Such school shall be under the direction of the county superintendent of schools, except in cities of the first class where it shall be under the direction of the superintendent of schools. The superintendent shall have the power and the duty to hire instructors, but the cost of operation shall be on the county or city as the case may be.
