§ 19-1909-B. Tuition students
In addition to State-supported resident students as defined in section 1904-B,1 the board of trustees may admit for study at the school part-time or full-time tuition students and shall fix and charge tuition rates for such students. All money collected as tuition by the college shall be deposited into an account held by the college and expended at the discretion of a majority of the board of trustees.
