The Charter of Lincoln University shall be amended by changing the name of Lincoln University to “Lincoln University--of the Commonwealth System of Higher Education,” hereinafter referred to as “the university” and, as such, shall continue as a corporation for the same purposes as, and with all rights and privileges heretofore granted to, Lincoln University, unless hereinafter modified or changed.
