§ 25-2502.2. Payments on account of migratory children
Every school district regardless of classification shall be paid by the Commonwealth for the school term 1958-1959 and for every school term thereafter in addition to other reimbursement by the Commonwealth, the sum of one dollar ($1) per day not exceeding forty days during any school term for each migratory child attending any of its public schools. “Migratory child” is defined as any child domiciled temporarily in any school district for the purpose of seasonal agricultural employment but not acquiring residence therein, and any child accompanying his parents or guardian who is so domiciled.
