§ 2845. Violations of law, rules or regulations
Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this act1 or any of the rules or regulations promulgated thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or to undergo imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or both. If the violation shall be by a corporation, partnership or association, the officers and directors of such corporation or the members of such partnership or association, its agents and employes, with guilty knowledge of the fact, shall also be guilty of misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as hereinbefore provided.
