§ 9-904-A. Merger of intermediate units
Two or more intermediate units may, with the approval of a majority of the members of each intermediate unit board of directors and all school districts within each intermediate unit, submit a written request to the State Board of Education for consolidation. If the State Board of Education approves such consolidation, it shall be effective the following July 1.
