§ 2582. Pennsylvania State College to receive appropriations under Act of Congress of 1914
The assent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby given to said act of Congress, approved May eighth, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen,1 entitled “An act to provide for co-operative agricultural extension work between the agricultural colleges in the several States receiving the benefits of an Act of Congress, approved July second, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and of acts supplementary thereto, and the United States Department of Agriculture,” with all its provisions and conditions; and The Pennsylvania State College is hereby designated as the proper institution to receive all appropriations made or to be made by Congress for the purpose of carrying into effect said act, or any supplement or supplements thereto; and that the treasurer, or other officer duly appointed by the governing board of said college, be designated as the proper officer to receive all appropriations made under the provisions of said act.
