§ 4-406. Solicitor and other appointees
Currentness
Each board of school directors may appoint a solicitor, such assistant solicitors and such other appointees, clerks or employes as it may deem proper, none of whom, except as provided in section three hundred twenty-four of this act, shall be a member of the board, and shall define their duties and fix their salaries.
