§ 25-2579. Inspection of projects by Department of Public Instruction
Currentness
The Department of Public Instruction1 shall inspect, during construction, the work performed by or under contract with a municipality authority, nonprofit corporation, profit or nonprofit corporation, partnership, association or person or school district, on all projects for the rental or sinking fund charge of which the Commonwealth will make reimbursement, and shall compel compliance with approved plans.
