§ 5007. Procedure
Currentness
The procedure for processing any complaint and the remedies available shall be in accordance with sections 9, 9.2 and 11 of the act of October 27, 1955 (P.L. 744, No. 222), known as the “Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.”1
