§ 15005. Combustible materials; paints, oils, etc.
No basement or cellar or room, or rooms, in any dwelling or rooming-house shall be used as a paint-or oil-shop, or for any kind of a store where highly combustible materials or goods are kept, unless the same conform to the rules and regulations of the Board or Bureau of Health1 approved by select council.
