§ 6008. Developer's duties
Currentness
The developer shall operate for profit on the leased premises a lodge, restaurant, auto service station and such other facilities as may be feasibly undertaken by the developer, provided that all facilities meet the conditions of sections 4 and 5 of this act1 and be approved by the Department of Environmental Resources.
