§ 41. Foster child; notification of natural parents upon hospitalization
Whenever any child, voluntarily placed under foster care by the natural parent or parents, is admitted to a hospital while under such foster care, it shall be the duty of the placement agency to notify the natural parents or parent of such child of such admission, unless, in the opinion of the placement agency, such disclosure would be detrimental to the mental stability of the natural parents or parent, or child.
