§ 13431. Cities to create fund
Currentness
All cities of the first class shall create a pension fund for the pensioning of employés of said cities, and of all county or other public employés, if any, paid by appropriation of the city councils thereof, and out of the city treasury thereof, in the manner and under the conditions, and subject to the qualifications, following.
