§ 278. By-laws, rules, and regulations
Currentness
Said county commissioners shall have authority to adopt all necessary by-law, rules, and regulations, not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this Commonwealth, for the control, conduct, and management of said “Children's Home.”
