§ 2101. Duty of the Department of Health
The Department of Health is hereby authorized and required to establish a Program of Alcoholic Studies and Rehabilitation, hereinafter referred to as the “Program” to (1) study the problems of alcoholism, (2) treat and rehabilitate persons addicted to excessive use of alcoholic beverages, and (3) promote preventive and educational programs designed to eliminate alcoholism.
