§ 2578. Pennsylvania State College to receive appropriations under Act of Congress of 1887
The assent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby given to said act of Congress, approved March third,1 one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven,2 with all its provisions and conditions, and the Pennsylvania State College is hereby designated as the proper institution, under the provisions of said act of February nineteenth, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven,3 to receive all appropriations made, or to be made, by Congress, for the purpose of carrying into effect said act, or any supplement or supplements thereto.
