§ 7502. Repeals
(a) The definition of “mental disability” in section 102, and sections 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413, 416, 418, 419, 420 and 426, act of October 20, 1966 (3rd Sp.Sess., P.L. 96, No. 6), known as the “Mental Health and Mental Retardation Act of 1966,”1 are hereby repealed, except in so far as they relate to mental retardation or to persons who are mentally retarded.
Section 29 of the act of December 6, 1972 (P.L. 1464, No. 333), known as the “Juvenile Act,”2 except so far as it relates to mental retardation or to persons who are mentally retarded, is hereby repealed.
(b) All acts and parts of acts are repealed in so far as they are inconsistent herewith.
