§ 33. Discharge of minors
Whenever, in the enforcement of the act1 to which this is a supplement, any magistrate or justice of the peace,2 after hearing, shall be of the opinion that the minor should not be committed to said society, and shall discharge such minor, the costs of the proceedings before such magistrate or justice shall be paid by the proper county.
