§ 2400.4. Department of Public Instruction to prepare plans
Currentness
In the event that a county board fails to submit a plan of organization of administrative units or to resubmit in accordance with the recommendations of the State Board of Education as herein provided, the Department of Public Instruction1 shall prepare a plan which, when approved by the State Board of Education, shall be deemed the approved plan of organization of administrative units for the county.
