§ 890.5. Appointment of administrator
The compact administrator shall be appointed by the Governor and shall serve as a member of the State Council for Interstate Juvenile Supervision and shall serve on the Interstate Commission for Juveniles established pursuant to the Interstate Compact for Juveniles.
