§ 2330.8. Penalty
Currentness
Any person that violates the provisions of sections 3(2) and 4(1)(i), (ii) and (iii) and (2)1 commits a felony of the second degree and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than ten years or to pay a fine, notwithstanding 18 Pa.C.S. § 1101 (relating to fines), of not more than $25,000, or both.
