§ 15913. Actions concerning the validity of proceedings authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds
Currentness
From and after the enactment of the final bond ordinance and on and before the twentieth day following the date of recording of the transcript of the proceedings provided for in section 121 of this act, the city or any resident or taxpayer of the city may bring an action asserting the validity or invalidity of such proceedings.
