§ 2330.19. Construction
Currentness
The provisions of this act shall not limit the jurisdiction and authority of the Office of Attorney General, including, but not limited to, the jurisdiction and authority granted pursuant to the act of October 15, 1980 (P.L. 950, No. 164),1 known as the Commonwealth Attorneys Act, and the act of December 17, 1968 (P.L. 1224, No. 387),2 known as the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
