§ 5403. Commission members
Members of the Commission from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall consist of the Governor, four members of the General Assembly, one to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, one by the Minority Leader of the Senate, one by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and one by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, and two members who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
