§ 897.3. Definitions
Currentness
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
“Department.” The Department of Community Affairs1 of the Commonwealth.
“Program.” The Rural Leadership Training Program.
“Rural community.” A county, town, borough or township or other political subdivision which, according to the most recent United States Decennial Census, is classified as rural.
