§ 53501. Authority to provide and maintain
Currentness
Incorporated towns may provide, improve, maintain and regulate public parks, parkways and playgrounds, playfields, swimming pools, public baths, bathing places, indoor recreation centers and gymnasiums, hereinafter called recreation places, within the town limits or in adjacent townships.
