§ 12690. Repealer
The following acts and parts of acts of Assembly are hereby repealed as respectively indicated. Wherever any provision of this act is intended to supersede or to take the place of any act or part of an act hereby repealed, such repeal shall not take effect until the effective date of such provision. The repeal of the first section of an act shall not repeal the enacting clause.
