The consent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is hereby granted, in accordance with the seventeenth clause, eighth section of the first article of the Constitution of the United States,¹ to the acquisition, by the United States of America, of a certain tract of land in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, known as the Letterkenny Ordnance Depot, containing twenty thousand, seven hundred thirty and sixty-seven one hundredths (20,730.67) acres, more or less bounded and described as follows:
